This is the final outfit Satel wears in Fatesbane: Lords of the Sea.
On the back of his jacket is the crest of Elati, and it leaves Tia to wonder if Satel had actually stolen a jacket from her father. On one hand, it's great that he's embracing his pirate culture, but on the other... well Tia's father is going to kill him when he finds out. But that's IF it is his jacket.
